Setting Summer Sun

Well the summer season is coming to a close. What a wonderful life I have with all my beautiful girls. Shelby started 1st grade and has said she wants to read 105 books this year. Little Kenzie started Kindergarden and had a wonderful first day and will make a lot of great friends Im sure. Addison is potty training and doing fabulous. Baby Sydnee is smiling, making eye contact, and holding her head up very well.

I am so blessed with gorgeous daughters that anyone will be lucky for them to be a part of their lives.

So an end of a season and the beginning of a new. This autum will be full of memories and holidays.

I am addicted to this show every season and last Thursday was the finale. There was a preformace done by the cast of 'Chris Angel- Believe' called "Homage to the Rabbits". IT WAS AMAZING!! I have watched it so many times and reading some awesome reviews about it. It is a little creepy but at the same time you can't stop watching it. Here is the video..

Finally have a minute

So I have a moment to myself and thought I would do an update. The past few weeks have been an adjusting time for Addi, Sydnee, and I. Aaron works 8-5pm, M-F at Carmax and then 530-930pm, Tue Wed Th and 11-7pm Sat-Sun at Officemax so there is a lot of time where it is just the girls and I. Im running on fumes it seems. I feel too guilty to ask Aaron in the middle of the night for help because he works so much for us but waking every two hours is getting exhausting.

Addi is being a typical two year old that and we have started 'time out' in the corner instead of me yelling constantly at her. We are slowly starting potty training and she used the potty last night at bath! Yeah her!! She does love Sydnee and does try to help. I will scheduling an appointment for addi next week for her skin rash. We conquored her arms and they are healed but her legs are bad so we need to take a more aggresive approch.

Sydnee is a little monkey that doesn't like to be sat down when awake. From 5-530pm to 9pm to doesn't want to sleep nor be awake. She will fall asleep when rocked but then wakes after about 5 miutes of being laid down. Brightside is once she is asleep she will sleep til about 1230am-1am so I do get some block of sleep. She doesnt cry often unless she has a bubble or doesnt get picked up. She is a noisy sleeper and eater. She is a month old today and nursing is going well.

I have found a MOPs group that I am signing up for that will be every 1st and 3rd tuesday of the month at 9-11am from Sept to May. It will give me the chance to get out of the house and also be around adults. Might actually be good for me.

We will be moving to our new apartment Sept 6th and I dont think this move will be as stressful as our other moves have been. They say rain is coming for the next days which will then give a break of the extreme heat we have expiranced. Aaron now has Fridays off and so tomorrow we will be spending a family day together. We have to go to the pet store for some food for the lungfish and we will just spend a nice day together.

Sydnee Emmerson

yes she is finally here. She made her arrival on July 10th at 11:44am weighting 6lbs 13oz, 19 in long. She came out calm and collect and with open arms from aaron and I. She is now a week and two days and is doing so great. Breastfeeding is going good and she is sleeping well. She looks a lot like aaron and has brought so much joy to aaron and I already. addi is doing great with her as well.

Mom comes on monday and staying til thursday which we are all very excited about.

We will be moving the first of september to a new apartment that is more affordable and also closer to aaron's family. The apartment is a lot smaller than what we have now but we will turn it into a home for us.

The weather has been very hot and humid here with little rain which is a little disappointing.

Got to go feed the baby!

A few more hours

My dr appointment is at 3:15 and we will see where we stand with baby. Last night I had quit a few painful contractions and at the same time addi's cold has settled into my head. I didn't sleep too much last night and I'm very cranky cause of the lack of rest. Hopefully not too much long. Baby is super dupper low and sitting on furniture is very uncomfortable so I spend a lot of time laying or sitting on my ball. Addi is now asleep on the couch which means she probably won't take a nap this afternoon :( I'm trying to not watch the clock but its kind of hard. I will post again today after my dr apointment. Aaron is working at both jobs today so I won't really see him til 9:30 or so tonight. Happy thoughts that Im dialeted more and baby will be earthside soon!!!

5 more days

Needless to say I am at the point where i feel frustrated, depressed, a burden among other things. Had to go to the hospital again Wednesday morning and have labor stopped since I am only 35 weeks. I was having regular contractions 3-4 minutes apart and was given another shot of terbutaline which had a harder effect on my physically this time. I have a dr appointment on tuesday afternoon and will be 36 weeks and given the go ahead if I do have labor. The next time I head to the hospital I wont leave without a baby in my arms. Ive been doing a lot of research on if baby is born at 36 weeks and everything looks promising including my dr saying she will be fine. So that is in 5 days. Im trying to stay positive and Aaron is being as supportive as he can. We want a healthy baby but we also want her her and my body is just done being pregnant with all my contractions, aches and pains. Enough of my rant. Besides that everything is well. The weather outside is hellish hot at 112 with no sign of rain :( If it was raining right now I would be standing outside letting it fall on me. Please send good uplifiting thoughts my way for I need them badly.

Soooo done!

I am 34 weeks and I am soo done being pregnant right now. I have my shower this saturday and also a diamondbacks game that evening. Least to say it will be a full day. My dr is going out of town for a week and a half and I just saw him on thursday so far no change which is good. i weight 160 and everything is fine. He can only see me again before he leaves on Monday but there is no point if i just saw him a few days ago so I tried to cancelled at got attitude on the phone that he HAS to see me before he leaves. Well, Im not going cause ill just see him at my next appointment on the 24th which by then we will start discussing when the baby will be here !!!! Only a few more weeks and it can't come soon enough!! Nothing much this week going on.
